ALTA Gemini 750 Series Rig 14 was commissioned June 2012 and upgraded to 1500HP/750K hook load in 2015. Powered by three Cat 3512 diesel engines driving Kato WEG 1375kW generator sets, the rig features an ALTA 1500HP GEB-28 AC drawworks, three Weatherford MP-16 triplex mud pumps at 7500 PSI, and a GDM 500 1200HP AC rotary motor.
