Total Drilling Supply LLC makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any specification.

Specifications may:

• Be based on original manufacturer data that does not reflect subsequent modifications or wear
• Contain typographical errors or transcription errors
• Reflect rated capacity under ideal conditions, not actual field performance
• Be incomplete — not all components may be listed or described

2. Equipment Condition

"Used" equipment is sold in its current condition.

All equipment is sold "as-is, where-is" unless a separate written sales agreement expressly provides otherwise. Total Drilling Supply makes no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects with respect to any equipment listed on this site.

3. Photographs & Media

Photographs, videos, and other media shown in equipment listings may:

• Not reflect the current condition or configuration of the equipment
• Show equipment in a location or configuration different from its current state
• Include equipment or components that are no longer included in the sale
• Be stock or representative images, not photographs of the specific unit for sale

Where photographs are representative or archival, we endeavor to note this in the listing. Buyers should request current photographs and inspection reports prior to committing to a purchase.

Prices shown as POA (Price on Application) or any other pricing indication on this site are:

• Exclusive of freight, rigging, loading, taxes, import duties, and any other costs unless expressly stated
• Denominated in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated; currency fluctuations are the buyer's risk

Our role is that of a consultant and intermediary. We are not a party to equipment sales unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. All disputes regarding equipment condition, fitness for purpose, or performance are between the buyer and seller.
