Equipment Disclaimer
All equipment specifications, descriptions, and pricing shown on this website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute warranties, representations, or offers to sell. Do not rely solely on listing information — independent verification and professional inspection are essential before any purchase.
1. Equipment Specifications
Equipment specifications published on this site — including but not limited to horsepower ratings, depth capacity, year of manufacture, weight, dimensions, pump specifications, derrick height, draw-works capacity, engine make and model, and drive type — are sourced from sellers, published records, or publicly available documents. Total Drilling Supply LLC makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any specification.
Specifications may:
- Be based on original manufacturer data that does not reflect subsequent modifications or wear
- Contain typographical errors or transcription errors
- Reflect rated capacity under ideal conditions, not actual field performance
- Be incomplete — not all components may be listed or described
Independent verification of all specifications is required before purchase. We strongly recommend engaging qualified oilfield equipment inspectors to physically inspect any equipment.
2. Equipment Condition
Condition descriptions such as "good," "excellent," "working condition," or similar terms are subjective assessments provided by the equipment owner or seller and have not been independently verified by Total Drilling Supply unless expressly stated. "Used" equipment is sold in its current condition.
All equipment is sold "as-is, where-is" unless a separate written sales agreement expressly provides otherwise. Total Drilling Supply makes no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects with respect to any equipment listed on this site.
3. Photographs & Media
Photographs, videos, and other media shown in equipment listings may:
- Not reflect the current condition or configuration of the equipment
- Show equipment in a location or configuration different from its current state
- Include equipment or components that are no longer included in the sale
- Be stock or representative images, not photographs of the specific unit for sale
Where photographs are representative or archival, we endeavor to note this in the listing. Buyers should request current photographs and inspection reports prior to committing to a purchase.
4. Pricing & Availability
Prices shown as POA (Price on Application) or any other pricing indication on this site are:
- Not binding quotations or offers to sell
- Subject to change without notice
- Exclusive of freight, rigging, loading, taxes, import duties, and any other costs unless expressly stated
- Denominated in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated; currency fluctuations are the buyer's risk
Equipment availability can change rapidly. A listing's presence on this site does not confirm that the equipment is currently available for purchase. Availability must be confirmed directly with Total Drilling Supply before proceeding.
No transaction is binding until a formal written purchase agreement has been signed by all parties.
5. Regulatory & Export Compliance
Buyers are responsible for determining whether equipment meets the regulatory, safety, and certification requirements of their intended jurisdiction of use. Total Drilling Supply makes no representation that equipment listed on this site complies with the laws, regulations, or standards of any particular country or region.
All equipment sales are subject to applicable US export control laws and regulations, including those administered by the US Department of Commerce and Department of State. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain any required export licenses or permits. See our Compliance Notice for additional information on sanctions and export controls.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOTAL DRILLING SUPPLY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON EQUIPMENT LISTINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, PRICING, OR OTHER INFORMATION ON THIS SITE.
Our role is that of a consultant and intermediary. We are not a party to equipment sales unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. All disputes regarding equipment condition, fitness for purpose, or performance are between the buyer and seller.
